This is Just Good Insurance for Your Fitness Business…

It happened again today…

A customer sent me an email and asked to put
their job ad on hold.  They filled their
positions and at least at the very moment
don’t have a need for any new fitness
trainers.

I will start this conversation by reminding
you that I too run a fitness studio here in
Madison, WI.  And my business is growing
fast.

Do I have a constant need for trainers?

Well, it all depends on how you look at it.
I learned the hard way about 6 months ago
that you should simply NEVER stop recruiting
for good fitness trainers.

No matter how “set” you are right now, you
never know when things might change.  And
having a constant stream of fitness trainers

banging on your door helps ensure that you
always have a list to go to when you need
someone.

I have recorded two great interviews on this
subject with two of my colleagues in the NPE
Platinum Program.  Their businesses are
growing rapidly and they understand, just
like I do (and just like you need to) that
constant marketing for new fitness trainers
is just as important as constant marketing

for new clients.
